Vista View Storm System Improvements - Tacoma, WA Bright Engineering provided sight investigation and report of onsite constraints for stormwater improvement consisting of installing a 21” diameter HDPE tightline that will daylight above ground surface, traverse to the bottom of the ravine, and connect to an existing 24" diameter CMP. The HDPE tightline is supported on pin piles and slide pads above ground and on spiked lateral restraints along ground surface.
