- Structural design of half-mile long bottom-laid HDPE outfall pipeline to a depth of 400 ft.
- Elements included concrete pipe anchor blocks, pile supported concrete transition anchor blocks with frangible pipe connections, sheetpile for slipline/pipe pulling and temporary bypass pit.
- Review of deployment plans and services during construction and during pipe deployment.
